How does the pre-order work?

✦ Collections for pre-order takes 2 to 4 weeks after the deadline of orders. Please take note that the ETA is subject to change. Constant updates will be posted on our socials under #cmbkupdates.

✦ Collection details can be found in the collection and product pages.

✦ After placing your order, confirmation will be automatically sent to your email. Please be sure to check your main inbox, spam and promotions folders.

✦ Production of the merch will start after the deadline of order. For updates, check our socials using #cmbkupdates.

How do I place an order?

✦ Fill up the needed information and continue to check out.

✦ Check your email for your order confirmation and payment details. Please be sure to check your main inbox, spam and promotions folders.

✦ Once paid, fill up the payment form until the deadline of payment. Confirmations will be sent via email.

Can I make changes or add more items to my order?

If the request is made before the start of production, we can accommodate your request. Just send us a message on our Twitter or Instagram or send us an email with your order number and request. However, once the pre-order period is closed, no further changes will be allowed.

Can I order from your previous collections?

Yes! You can order from many on going pre-order collections at the same time as well as from our available on-hand products.

What is the difference between pre-order and on hand?

✦ Pre-order items are collections that are made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks after the deadline of orders.

✦ On hand items are items that are ready to shipped the next day after payment has ben processed.

✦ All items are tagged as pre-order or as on hand.

Will you open a new batch/restock sold out items?

We’ll be posting announcements for new batch and restocks on our socials.

What are the available modes of payment?

✦ BPI (yes we have a QR code!)

No, we do not have a COD option.

When is the deadline of payment?

Deadline of payment is usually 2 weeks after the deadline of orders. If a buyer fails to complete their payment and is unresponsive, their order will automatically be forfeited. No refunds (partial/full) are allowed.

No payment, no shipment policy.

Can I ask for a payment extension? Is there a late payment fee?

Yes, just send us a message beforehand regarding your payment extension request. We do not have a late fee but we have a no payment, no shipment policy.

What are your modes of delivery and how much is the shipping fee to my location?

Our mode of delivery is J&T Express.

Can I update my delivery address and/or recipient details?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Just sent us a message on our Twitter or Instagram or send us an email with your order number and request.

Can I still cancel my order?

No, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Orders are not refundable.

There is an issue with my order, can I get a refund?

Send us a message on our X/Twitter or Instagram or send us an email with your order number and we can discuss the issue for replacement or refund.

How do I wash my merch?

✦ To best retain the quality of your merch, please turn the garment inside out and use either a gentle detergent to no detergent when washing. Do not soak and do not use bleach.

✦ For better results, hand washing is preferred and let your garment air dry.

✦ Machine wash in delicate, and place in a mesh laundry bag or wash bag inside out.

✦ Merch is safe to iron in low heat.
